Spiral Blend Foundation

Begin the four-month foundation for embodying Nonviolent Communication through somatic practice.

Beginning  February 2nd , 2027
Four-month program · Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 AM PT

What you'll get:

  • Four months of guided Spiral Blend practice with ten modules for learning through the body, not just concepts.
  • Embodied Nonviolent Communication tools for staying present, sensing needs, and bringing more choice to charged conversations.
  • A steady foundation for deeper study including preparation for those considering the Trainer Training pathway.

Standard founding tuition is $1,495. Supported tuition is $1,250, contributor tuition is $1,950, and a four-payment option of $400 is available. Future regular tuition is $1,750.
