About the training

Deepen the practice. Learn to share it responsibly.

A six-month immersion in embodied consensus, somatic listening and the Spiral Blend in practice — for people who want more depth, subtlety and reliability in their own practice, and the care and clarity to share it with others.

You’ll leave with a more embodied relationship to the work and a clearer foundation for guiding others in ways that are ethical, responsive and alive.

What the six months include

Learning that becomes dependable — not just understood.

01

40+ hours of live training

Experiential teaching with David and the training team.

02

30+ hours of cohort practice

Guided sessions to deepen the material through repetition and reflection.

03

Partner & small-group practice

Ongoing practice between sessions, bringing the work into real relationship.

04

The Spiral Blend learning package

Course materials, recordings and a physical Spiral Blend floor map.

05

Facilitation & program design

Structures, practice and mentoring to guide foundational learning experiences.

06

A dedicated online space

A forum for questions, resources, shared learning and feedback.

A path toward certification

The first step to becoming a Somatic Consensus trainer.

This training prepares you for the Trainer Certification process, which is based on demonstrated embodiment and facilitation — not attendance alone.

Does joining the waitlist commit me?

No. It’s free and there’s no payment. You’ll get a few emails as the program takes shape, and can unsubscribe anytime.

Do I need to take the Foundation first?

Yes — the Foundation, or an approved equivalent, is a prerequisite. See the Foundation →

I’m not in a Pacific time zone. Can I still take part?

Yes. It’s fully online, every session is recorded, and there will be live question-and-answer sessions at more accessible times for Asia-Pacific and other distant time zones.
