Invitation

A grounded way to live Nonviolent Communication as a life long learning.Ā

Nonviolent Communication is more than a set of words.

It is a way of listening, sensing, choosing, repairing, and relating.

The Spiral Blend Foundation helps you embody the core movements of NVC through somatic practice, nervous system awareness, and relational exercises that support real change in daily life.

This work is for people who want their communication to come from presence, not performance.

It is also the foundation for those considering a longer pathway toward trainer training.

What you will practice

Learn the Spiral Blend foundation

Over four months, you will be introduced to the foundational practices of Spiral Blend, a map of an embodied approach to Nonviolent Communication developed by David Weinstock.

Sensing

Sensing your body as a source of information and tracking nervous system cues during connection and conflict.

Listening

Listening for needs beneath words, reactions, and stories with more presence and curiosity.

Speaking

Speaking with more clarity, care, and choice while staying present when conversations become charged.

Integrating

Using movement, attention, and breath to support regulation and bring NVC principles into ordinary moments.

Methodology

The map behind the practice

Spiral Blend gives you a body-based pathway for listening, grounding, regulating, and responding with choice.

Community

Join a live learning community

Practice with others in a supportive environment where the work can be witnessed, reflected, and integrated.

The cohort structure offers a steady rhythm for learning through presence, relationship, and repetition.

Global access

The live teaching sessions will be offered in the mornings, Pacific Time. Recordings of every session will be included in the learning program, along with all course materials, so participants can follow the complete journey from anywhere in the world.

For participants in Asia-Pacific and other distant time zones, we will also offer live question-and-answer sessions at more accessible times. This allows you to learn through the recordings at your own pace while still having opportunities to connect, ask questions, and receive support directly.
