Learning Community
This is a private social network where you can connect with fellow seekers from around the world who are here to practice together. Our community is a safe space to train, explore what you are learning, pose questions, share stories, offer advice and organize who you want to become and learn together.
The vision for this training space is to create an online, ongoing learning space to train together. The plan that is emerging is that I will be teaching one session per month and practice sessions help each week to practice, practice, practice....
1. Come back, time and time again, to rediscover what we love about the paths that we are choosing.
2. Notice and work with the anxiety held in old embodied reactions and strategies that we have historically practiced in our lives.
3. Choose enlivening practices that support what we deeply care about now and who we wish to become.
4. Through deliberate, committed practice over time, cultivate resources for connecting more capably, easily and enjoyably
